Mission BBQ was 'good'. Not great. Not terrible. Just good. My primary measurement of quality BBQ is the brisket - which was fairly dry (even though I ordered the 'moist' option). It definitely had its juicy portions, but those were the exception rather than the rule. The flavor was very good. You could tell it was well smoked and the selection of sauces was great.
