There pizza is not the greatest. We went for Valentine's Day to get the heart shaped pizza and it was not good.. and they gave us the wrong dipping sauce.

I ordered two 1-topping pizzas Saturday night—one new promotional pan and one regular large—and requested well done. I work in food service myself, so I ordered and starting driving when I placed my order in my car to be present when the application notifies me it’s ready and to avoid keeping anyone late; I even tipped on a carryout order through the app.
When I arrived, the app said my order was ready, but it wasn’t. The lobby had a very loud movie playing with heavy profanity, floors were already being mopped, and the entire store smelled strongly of chemical cleaner even though there was 45 min before closing. There was no greeting or basic customer service—just “pickup?” and confusion locating my order as he shows me two empty boxes with a sticker with the name I provided him with.
I didn’t check the pizzas at pickup; I took them home and checked them in my car before going inside. Both pizzas weren’t cut all the way through, and the centers were underdone. That alone would have been disappointing but could be fixed with my own oven but the bigger issue was that both pizzas tasted strongly of chemicals, which made them inedible.
The chemical taste completely ruined the food. Between that, having to tear my own slices, and the undercooked centers, I couldn’t eat either pizza and ended up going to Taco Bell for a burrito. This wasn’t about blaming or arguing with staff, and I can’t bother seeking a refund—I just wanted a properly made pizza.
I won’t be ordering again. Posting this for people who check reviews before placing online orders. 24 dollars including tip thrown away.

We love the options--though we miss the Thai Pie terribly :) --and appreciate the ability to add ingredients (nooch, broccoli, add'l garlic) when home. This location has a gal working there. Manager-type, I'm guessing. Always cheerful, intuitive and prompt. :)

This is usually our favorite pizza place but on Halloween it was a disaster. We ordered at 4 knowing it would be busy. After ordering the app said it would be 45 minutes to an hour for carryout which seemed a little extreme. If we would have known that we would have ordered somewhere else. After 55 minutes the tracker still hadn't moved but my husband headed out anyway assuming the tracker wasn't working. Ten minutes later he was told it wasn't ready. After waiting 30 more minutes it was finally ready. As usual we didn't get the extra sauces we paid for and had to ask for them. When he got it home and we opened the boxes we were immediately disappointed. We ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. Neither pizza was cut, at all. One pizza had an air bubble so big it was literally half the pizza so half the pizza didn't have toppings. The garlic dipping cup had exploded in the other pizza box and was all over the pizza. The breadsticks we ordered with seasoning and they were plain. All the food was cold. You would think after waiting over an hour and a half for food it would at least be hot. We ended grabbing food on our way to trick or treat with our kids as the pizza was inedible. I tried calling but didn't get through. I called the next day but was hung up on. I finally complained through the survey they sent me and they gave me a coupon for $20 off menu priced pizzas. That's not even enough to cover one menu priced pizza! Their deals are cheaper than that. We usually get pizza here every week but I guess we'll be going somewhere else since they don't seem to care about returning customers.

Cheese bread was so thin and hard it looked un-baked. Cut in a strange pattern looks like some pieces are missing.
One pizza had only 20% Cheese on top.
Second pizza came with only a pepper stem. Looked like someone ate the pepper and tossed the stem in the box. Why?
Third pizza (G-free) turned out fine.

It's really good pizza I've been sleeping on Papa John's for awhile but I gotta so it's really good and really cheap too the spicy Italian is amazing and the BBQ chicken Hawaiian is superb don't do what I've done and get some Papa John's today!!!!

Thought I'd try Papa John's again after nearly a decade. the girl at the counter wasn't the most pleasant. But she said it's customer appreciation day after I presented a coupon. so I got the one topping just cheese. Pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time but it had basically no sauce and not that much cheese. A far cry from what I've had years ago and seen in advertising from Papa John's . And as a customer I felt like this had to be the crew not taking pride in making good pizza or just dont care about customers to make a crappy pizza on a "customer appreciation day" seemed off. Good news is I won't ever come back. So there won't ever be another complaint.

This is our local Papa Johns. It is always great pizza. We always do pick up. The order is always correct. There isn't a dine in so the atmosphere is always, get it and go. The food served here is never disappointing.

We received our “wings” as they called them, which were literally just pieces of chicken with three tiny lines of sauce. Absolutely ridiculous, I have a picture but for some reason there is nowhere to attach one.
