This place has quickly became one of my favorite cafes in Grand Rapids. All of the drinks I've tried have been delicious from the Hot Chocolate to the Ube Coconut refresher. The food and desserts are also delicious and the perfect price to split for a friend date or for an afternoon sweet treat. I highly recommend!
Great customer service always brings us back for more, and Himalayan Cafe has that on top of delicious coffees, teas, food and desserts! 😋 So we are here often!😆 I love that they also have a side menu “A taste of Nepal” to share part of their culture. You gotta try their “momos”/dumplings, which are made fresh daily. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy and clean.
Momos were fresh and delicious - just wish I had ordered the full plate instead of half (if you're hungry)! The strawberry Napoleon had great layers of crispy pastry, custard, and stawberries; and the ube cheesecake was so flavorful. Outstanding and super friendly service too.
