Really great pho. I'm always skeptical of take out pho but it's the only option right now. I wouldn't recommend getting it take out unless you have a way to reheat the broth before combining the other ingredients. It feels like someone took at lot of time and attention to make something really beautiful. I had the chicken noodle and from the first bite it’s fresh flavors! Gorgeous basil with premium long and crisp bean sprouts. Adorable quail eggs. The homemade peanut sauce for the spring rolls is nicely balanced. Not too sweet or overly Americanized, and the right amount of tang and spice. Generous portions. Come hungry. Highly recommend!!
We ordered chicken noodle soup. It was $12.00 and it was a half an hour wait. Well worth the price and the wait! Excellent tasting broth. The seasoning was so vibrant with the basil and fresh bean sprouts. Enough for 2 people to share?
