Pita Way - Grand Rapids Beltline

I got the Pita Way bowl and fries. The fries were covered in cheese and tasted amazing. It's probably the best fries I've ever tasted!! The pita bowl tasted fresh and was a generous serving! I highly recommend coming here!

Good place to stop for a quick bite. Options for those with dietary restrictions which is nice. The food is tasty. Prices are a little high in my opinion, but not too bad. Make sure to check your take-out orders. The pita I just picked up was missing lettuce so it was more of a falafel log than a sandwich. Not a whole lot of room to dine-in, pretty cramped.

Edit: Restaurant reached out and was very friendly and accommodating. Bumping my score up.

We had a bad experience here today. But you may wonder, why the high rated review? Well, today I left honest feedback about our experience on their receipt survey and before we even got home, one of the owners called to address my concern directly and even asked for me to elaborate on the situation. To me that says that they will make the changes necessary to improve and that they actually take their service feedback seriously. I don’t expect perfect service anywhere and people make mistakes, but I believe this owner will address the customer feedback to actually improve his restaurants service.

The staff was super welcoming. They walked through the menu, gave recommendations, and were so kind. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Would def be back!!!!

Erin, John, Mykisha, and Eddie were all the people working when I went in. They were all so helpful and polite to me, I absolutely love the environment here. Will definitely be coming back!!

I had a wrap and my wife got a bowel. They gave me 4 pieces of lettuce, two black olives, five cucumbers, four pickles they will not give you any toppings. This is by far the cheapest pita way I have ever been to. Go to a different location if you like toppings. Place was clean ppl were nice.

Coming from the metro Detroit area two years ago, I really missed this place. So glad they are in Grand Rapids now! The kids love it as well and the food is always fresh and the service great!

Ordered online. Paid. Arrived and was told they were “hours” behind. No way to cancel order. Called and they said call back. Where is the zero star button?

It was crazy busy at grand opening. The line went fast, the service was great and the food was amazing. Keep it up! Also the manager was super respectful to an employee that seemed overwhelmed. They are good people!

This was so good. The gentleman working was so nice and convinced me to try new stuff so I added the cabbage to my bowl and oh my gosh—so so so good. The chicken was super flavorful and just so good. Gonna drive all the way from Grand Haven to get it again very soon!

Was in the store waiting to pick up my order, one of the crew members who was busy preparing orders (should've asked him for his name) looked over and asked if I was picking up an order and had I been helped yet. He was completely busy but still made a calm effort to check and that's good to see!
