“Kids review: There was a lot of cheese. Very filling. Minimal sauce. The box design has been the same for 35 years. It smells good.
Gotta love kids who want to be like dad, giving reviews.
That said, we ordered two personal pans. They were fast and friendly with the kids as they picked them up.
The cheese one was indeed pretty heavy on the cheese and he did pick some of it off. They were both counting on eating more after, but they were both quite full after the personal pans.
Ordered on a Monday at 4:32 PM and picked up at 4:46 PM, earlier than the 15 minute estimated time and it was ready.
Parking: Entering the parking lot is confusing. You need to use Avastar Parkway or you will enter a "Do not enter" way if you try to get in directly.“
“Looking for a pizza hut on our way home from our trip. Stopped at this location. It does have a drive thru and carry out but we wanted to sit down to eat. We had to place our order at counter. We were the only ones dining in at that time. Ordered a stuff crust , breaksticks , and cinnabon rolls. They brought everything to us in a timely matter . Everything was hot and tasted great. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name at the counter . He was very pleasant . He was also the one who brought us our food. Would definitely stop at this location again.“
Pizza Delivery • $
“It's small but you know it actually was pretty decent. The pizza was made excellent and the customer service was really friendly. But if I'm in Grand Rapids and I'm going to get Pizza Hut I'd rather come here. Will definitely make a return visit.“
“It seems odd to say that one Pizza Hut is better than another but it’s true. This Pizza Hut is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The food here always seems to be of better quality and the service is good. I’m not sure how but I do appreciate it.“
“Ordered through the app. They called to verify I “only wanted a cheese pizza” but I missed it. Called back to let them know I had ordered pepperoni but it wasn’t a big deal. They apologized because it was already out the door. Got my pizza and breadsticks delivered in 25 minutes. And the driver offered a coupon because “their app had been having problems”.
That’s an impressive way to be aware of an uncontrollable issue, attempt to prevent it and still offer compensation anyways.
Guess I’m a Pizza Hut guy again. (These breadsticks always hit, too.)“
