Stopped in to grab a personal pan pizza, supreme. I haven't had one in years but have been craving one for awhile. I loved these little pizzas before and I still do the perfect size and so delicious. Craving cured!!

Took me almost an hour to order online due to their app being so slow, then put in my order for a free pizza via my hut rewards and the app never took it. I complained to the general mgr who said the hut rewards are a different entity than the restaurant, that I would have to call the 1-844 number, which I did, and they were closed...This is how places lose customers because they won't take care of their Indiscretions or put it on someone else and won't take care of...

Ordered from this store last night and the pizza was slightly underdone, I included that comment in the survey and the manager called me this morning to resolve the orders issue, I did not expect a follow up as I wasn’t complaining directly to the restaurant. Amazing customer service & I will be revisiting this store because of it!
