It's Pizza hut....how could this experience go wrong?\nAlways had great experience.....\nBut not today...\nFirst visit to this location\n The atmosphere was not welcoming by employees\nWe were one of two tables seated....\nYoung man came and waited on us promptly \nBut his body odor almost caused us to want to leave.\nWhile waiting , walked to the front in search of napkins\nThe napkin holder was empty\nThe straw holder had 3 straws ...there was 4 of us\nNo fountain drinks...

I ordered online for pickup at the Plainfield location. I got held up at work, and couldn't make it on-time. I called and asked if it was possible to get it delivered. I spoke to Michelle and she was absolutely the sweetest. She went above and beyond to help change the order and had the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you so much, Michelle. You are one of a kind!! Very much appreciated. ☺️

Nice place to visit but bought the my hut box with bacon and pepperoni and got like 1 pepperoni on each piece and literally like 2 pieces of bacon, should of took it back but just said oh well??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️
