I was attending a convention in downtown Grand Rapids and the food service inside the event isn't necessarily bad, but it's like going to a sports arena, $9 pizza slices and $5 bottles of water-type stuff. I slipped out at lunch timeband found this place just a block or so away. No crowds, good food, fast, and a big portion for what it costs. I might have gotten a limp hot dog and a basket of soggy french fries for what I paid for this delicious poke. The atmosphere...
The owner is super friendly and makes our visits pleasant. They accommodate for my food allergies and make the food delicious every time! Would highly recommend stopping in and eating!
THE ONLY POKE SPOT WORTHWHILE IN GR!!!! This place is amazing. Owner is a super pleasant guy and his dedication to his craft is high!! I got the chefs special (sweet & savory) and was blown away. I’ve had poke all over the US as well as Hawaii and this one competes with the best. 👌🏼
