My wife and I were in to this Qdoba restaurant this afternoon. We both had steak burritos. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. The reason that I didn't rate them with 5 stars was because the dining room was dirty. We walked past 4 different tables that were dirty before we found a clean one, and the floor was in desperate need of sweeping. We would be more understanding if they had been busy, but it was 4:00 in the afternoon, and we were the only customers...

Their food is excellent, but they have very young kids working there, so when I say I only want rice and beans, and nothing else, they still charge you the same as if someone who gets loads of toppings. If it was up to them, they’d give you half a bowl full of stuff. I literally have never gone in there and had someone that can cognitively think, well, if only rice and beans, we might want to add more beans and or rice, if that’s all that being put in the bowl!

I recently visited Qdoba and had a wonderful experience thanks to Ronny! He went above and beyond by allowing me to bring out a small sample of the beef for my 86-year-old grandma, who was in the car. She was extremely grateful to have the chance to try it first, as she found it a bit too spicy. Ronny made our food PERFECT, and his kindness truly made our day.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by another staff member, Dennis. He was quite rude and seemed...
