Very disappointed with the service I had. For the “upscale” atmosphere the only thing nice we had was our drinks. We had a table for our work dinner and it was shared with other guest so more than half of our table was standing.We ordered a pizza and it took over an hour for the pizza to come out. I asked my boyfriend if we could just have the pizza taken off our bill and leave due to the fact our friends had all left for our next reservation and we still didn’t have our food and she rudely interrupted and said “no.” I’m not quite sure if we will be revisiting due to the service we received.

A charming relaxing lounge inside a jewel of the lively Grand Rapids’ downtown. We were there to see the jazz trio led by Judah Guerra. It was lively on a Friday evening. Fortunately, for being in a mechanical wheelchair, we found the perfect lounge chairs to hear the band. The sound was perfect, not at high volume. It was elegant but more on the casual side. The staff was friendly & courteous.
