Food was excellent and a good price. I felt like our server was not all that interested in checking on us. After we were seated it took awhile for our drink order and then she didn't come back to take our food and order. Then she started to leave without taking the order of one of the people at our table. There were only 6 of us. Then she messed up the bills and had do reprint and they still weren't completely correct. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
Dear Rio Grand. Your servers are top notch and super friendly. Unfortunately your food not so much. I ordered a steak at an establishment down rhe street that was prepared and seasoned to perfection at half the cost if yours. The competitors were at max capacity with people waiting to get in. Your establishment was three quarters empty. You used to be my go to restaurant for a good food at reasonable pricing.
My wife and I came in on a Saturday and had one of the best nights out we’ve had in a long time. Was seated with a view of the river and waitresses did not take long to come help with getting our drinks and order. Food was amazing and hard to find as good a waitress as we had tonight. Been coming here for many years n you guys got it spot on right now! Thank you this is how a night out used to be! Definitely won’t be as long before we come back n gonna tell...
