It's nothing special. Aside from being allergen from literally everything. The baked goods most of the time have a decent flavor. However the texture tends to be way off. It doesn't quite meet the mark for good baked goods. If you're celiac, with a nut, egg, and dairy allergy, this the place for you. You know it's safe to eat.
The pastries are so yummy you would never know they are gluten free. My personal favorites are the donuts, and the oatmeal cream pie.😠The oatmeal cream pie at Rise blows little Debbie out of the water. These are sweet treats you will not regret eating.
This is my favorite bakery in Grand Rapids. My most recent visit was excellent having a mixed berry tart & Americano to drink! The tart was baked to perfection and unlike anything else you can get in the area including being vegan & gluten free!
