Food is fine, but they're pretty expensive for what you get. They demand payment up front (so be prepared to give your card over the phone), and wait times are pretty egregious. When you get your food its great, but the process to do so is an absolute slog, seems to take forever despite nobody being there. Fried Rice and Katsu: taken over 40 minutes multiple times.
Love the food. Food is outstanding.
Don’t like that I put an order in at 6:25, it said it would be ready at 7:04. Showed up at 7, foods not done. It’s going to be another 40 minutes. They didn’t acknowledge the order until after I was there at the pickup time.
Tell me when it will be done, then meet that time…not more than double that time. 5 minutes late, no problem. 10 minutes, ok. 130% beyond what you told me, not ok.

I always get the Tempanyaki Shrimp. If is fabulous. You get large portions of the rice and the yummy garlic noodles and s can get 2 meals out of this. I order an extra garlic noodles so I can have another meal too.The shrimp are grilled perfectly and you get 10 beautiful shrimpI get the side salad and it comes with their own dressing that is deliciousThe staff are so nice and helpful.
