We decided try Simple Fish after our regular Sushi restaurant slowly declined in quality. Hands down Simple Fish is the best Sushi restaurant we have had. It can be a little slow getting food, however you are ordering hand made sushi. It is not fast food. We watched the chef and he was focused and very meticulous with everything he made. We came here on a Saturday night for dine in, brought our kiddo with. We ordered some sushi burritos and sushi rolls. We had 3 people in our party. Unfortunately, they seemed to have a a lot of takeout orders and were short staffed. We had to wait an hour to get our food, and then we were very hungry! The food was yummy but not sure if we’ll come here again. The restaurant was kind of dirty - the floor was oddly sticky too.
Food was great but that is all I can really say that is positive about this place. We were the only people in there and it still took almost an hour to get our food for 2 people. There were people who dined in before us which we could tell because their plates were not cleaned up for a half hour in spite of the staff clearly not being busy and standing around chatting. You would think with all the free time they could at least clean the sticky floor.
