Nestled within the JW Marriott hotel in downtown Grand Rapids, Margaux offers an exceptional dining experience with a modern and well-designed atmosphere. The restaurant is praised for its amazing food, with the steak frites being an especially popular dish. Diners have enjoyed the Mediterranean sea bass, which is considered a must-try, along with delectable cocktails like the Strawberry Blonde and the Margaux Signature Old Fashioned. The menu also includes a satisfying Caesar salad with blackened chicken breast and shrimp, as well as the indulgent Macaroni Gratin.

The staff is consistently attentive and friendly, with many guests appreciating the polite service. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the river, and the bar area is particularly elegant and comfortable. Diners have savored a fantastic chocolate cake, mousse, or gelato with caramel sauce. The duck confit was the best, with a flavorful accompanying sauce and fresh, perfectly cooked green and lima beans. A pasta dish was also excellent.
