Plenty of French influences in the food (they do the basics, like Caesar salad, REALLY well) but the service is still Midwestern-friendly. (Shout out to Katherine!) Sea bass was amazing, drinks and desserts very creative.
I can't taste very well since Covid years ago, but my family said the chicken and scallops were very salty. We went there a few years ago and it was great overall, so either a change in chef, menu, both, or just a bad night for cooking?! Service was fine.
French fancy! Excellent service (Emma is the best server), gorgeous place and truly special food. If you have a special occasion, this is a perfect place to go. Or if you simply want elevated dishes, you can wear jeans and go too.
