Within the past year, the Starbucks at the Forest Hills Foods location has turned into a place that is welcoming and cheerful! Many times I've had the barista write a message on my cup "have a wonderful day", or taking a bit of time to chat. The new manager, Phoenix, is a true leader. Phoenix leads the team by showing them how to be friendly, even under pressure, always has a smile and a kind greeting, and takes the time to get to know his employees and customers....
Imagine your worst day ever.

Wendy is usually the one working when I come in for my morning coffee, and she is the best! She is always so kind and friendly, and makes every customer feel welcomed and appreciated.Thanks for being the highlight of my mornings, Wendy!
