Wanted to place a order just assumed I’m there for a picked up and didn’t help me when I’m standing at the register no soon as I walked away helped a white woman within seconds of her entering the store odd behavior… miss karlie won’t be picking up or visiting this location again lol I really like Starbucks but maybe it is true about what they say about them not liking Black people

I ordered a splash of half and half in my Americano and my drink is as white as freshly fallen snow. Also the service is terrible, the baristas act like you are an inconvenience in the drive thru. Worst Starbucks in the area.

My mom, sisters and I went through the drive thru here like we have many times before. Today we were given our iced chai with pumpkin foam lattes and they were much darker in color than normal. After tasting determined there was espresso in them and asked for new ones without. They took our drinks back, tried scooping some out and adding more milk and ice and giving them back to us. Then gaslighted us telling they made brand new ones which somehow still had espresso in them and pretended we didn’t see them mixing the same cups we handed back to them. They were extremely rude. We are not newbies to coffee and chai tea. We asked for a refund and went to the target in the same drive and received the correct beverages which were great.

My drink was completely upside down...I ordered through doordash and something like this is not the fault of my dasher. Especially when the bag is sealed. It was not tilted or shifted to the side or anything like that, someone literally put my drink upside down in the bag= ( Disheartening, I was really looking forward to it. Only gave an extra star because my frappe was fine.
