I live almost 2 hours from this location, I was in town with my mom when we broke down in the middle of the parking lot/intersection of Starbucks. We had to wait over around 4 hours for a tow truck, and they employees were very kind and understanding. They allowed us to stay warm in the building and gave us food on the house. Overall great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Overall a good Starbucks visit. A few barista’s were smiling and cheery and a few of them (including the order taker at the register) were not. No big deal as overall a positive experience.

This location was nicely decorated for the holiday and while it was dated and worn, it was kept clean.

Tip for parking, don’t park in the spots closest to the building as you can see I did in my picture. The drive thru line is really long and you will...

My car died in your drive thru and the staff was nothing but empathetic, helpful. I was worked up I was kind of embarrassed because I had never had anything like this happen. Fox was very sweet and helpful checking in on me and asking me if I needed anything. Truly appreciate it
