I enjoy the atmosphere at most Starbucks locations but this one is my favorite. From the way it’s setup to the lighting to the people who pop In and out of it to the amazing staff at this location. This Starbucks is often extremely busy, but it’s a lively, happy busy vs a lot of other businesses where busy equals crabby patrons and over worked understaffed tired employees. At its busiest, the staff is plentiful with each member working around the other like a choreographed...
It’s heart warming to see and hear the employees laughing. The happiness of a barista goes into the quality of the drinks. The little one that handed me my mocha had the cutest smile and the tall guy behind her was very chatty. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone having a rough day. A little joy goes a long way.
We usually never have any issues with this location but today was a bit frustrating. My husband ordered an iced Matcha with light ice and got a hot and I ordered a Iced orchard shaken espresso with coldfoam light ice but got whip cream no cold foam and a cup full of ice. I did not ask for a remake as we already had my husband's remade and we were in a hurry. So I did ask for mine to be remade. Quite disappointing.
