I’ve used this location a couple times to order ahead with the app. While I haven’t noticed specific spaces to park for pick-up, I’ve always been able to slip into a parking space and grab my drink. They also sell gift cards for holidays gifts :)

Make sure you have the app to pre order your coffee or food here. The location is right down town, parking is a bit tricky sometimes. However the convenience of pre ordering and just picking things up in a pinch is fantastic. As for ambiance, it a small store front.... really just an ordering counter. Not much to it. Overall 4/5. Solid place though get SBX.

Absolutely insane how busy this location was on Halloween morning! Madison at the counter was an ALLLLL STAR! She was patient, communicated well, and handled requests perfectly. Major props to Madison and the team in the back making the orders.

Most of the staff is super friendly and welcoming. This has been my main starbucks for the last 10 months and I only had 2-3 occasions where I needed to have my coffee remade. And the staff was quick to help out.

I guess it was cool. Not that I look for coffee to be cool. The people were nice and I really loved my drink. It's a nice looking place and the people were kind quite early. I'd do it again if I'm downtown you know again at 6 in the morning and not quite ready for the day yetWheelchair accessibility: It's accessible.

This Starbucks used to be really good with drinks. But the last two times we have ordered through Uber eats it has not been pleasant. Completely missed ingredients of drinks. The breakfast sandwich the English muffin was stale. Will go through bigby or sweetwaters from now on!

So at first I did not realize that you had to order on the app instead of ordering at the cashier register which I don't mind, it's just something you have to know before hand, other than that I'd say the coffee is great and the cashiers are very friendly when it comes to handling orders.

This location is take-out ONLY; no dine-in (and no place on google to clarify, so I am leaving this as a comment).

I have frequented this Starbucks twice a day for several months on multiple occasions I witnessed a particular individual treat certain customers in a manner that I viewed as being less than professional and accommodating which is what you may strive to be toward your customers, I spoke with the store manager about this and then it happened to me… the store was extremely busy and the cashier was handing out drinks I had already been handed mine and needed a straw I grabbed a wrapped straw from the container of straws that was well with in my reach and it was snatched from the spot it was sitting and moved with no words exchanged! With years of customer experience under my belt I see the situation from both angles and if a customer grabbing a straw isn’t permissible in the age of covid a simple I can get that straw for you would have changed the trajectory of this interaction… instead I will buy my 2 drinks a day from the Starbucks at the JW Marriott less than a mile away! I like to start my morning off smiling and I like to help others do the same!!!!

Good work making the entirely wrong drink and also missing the food.

I don’t know what exactly is in a Pink Drink but I’m certain it’s supposed to be more than most regular milk/cream. Bought 2 of these. $16 wasted. If a store runs out of an ingredient, the only appropriate option is to cancel the order.

**NO DOGS ALLOWED NOT EVEN SERVICE ANIMALS** **NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY** Preface: I love Starbucks and 10 years ago I was a barista and loved it. I have never had an issue with any other Starbucks and I choose Starbucks because of its efforts to assist the disabled. I told this Starbucks location previously my dog was in the certification process (which I literally only started because this particular Starbucks is right next to my apartment) because I am disabled and they would routinely be rude/aggressive when asking me to leave with my dog. I didn't go there for a while and today I went there for the first time with my newly certified service dog. Needless to say even after telling the Starbucks employee my dog was certified she still insisted I 'wait outside'. I recorded this interaction and am going to take the appropriate actions to prevent another disabled person from being discriminated against. My dog even prior to being certified in the state of Michigan has been trained to call for help when I have a seizure or fall. By the way, if you wait outside no one inside is there to see you. So out there with your dog you won't even get the drink you ordered. It's also inside of a dog friendly apartment building, surrounded by dog friendly apartment buildings. What's weird is that I don't have this issue with the Starbucks just a couple blocks away and that one actually has indoor seating and we can actually see the barista. Wheelchair friends: This door is narrow, heavy and opens out. There is no automation. There is no one to see you and help you outside. They wait in the back until they hear someone enter.
