The manager gave me the best ideas for my BMT. She also suggested a couple coupon apps I hadn’t heard of. I honestly felt better and happy after my time there today. I’m terrible with names. I believe her name is Sandy. She’s super cool. Thank you!

Had a terrible experience here, walked in 30 minutes before closing and got told that they were getting ready to close, I said you still have 30 minutes, he said he was ready to get out of there and go home! I was surprised, I had just left the hospital after visiting my brother, I was exhausted, sad, and hadn’t eaten all day and figured one sub is quick. I’ve never heard of a subway closing 30 minutes early or turning away service! There were two other people that were gonna walk in after me and I said they’re closed and they were confused too. It was a heavy black male working, he was sitting at the register on his phone…that’s probably why he wouldn’t take an order because he is lazy. He needs to find better work ethic or be fired.

Today, unfortunately, I went to this subway with my family. Usually, this subway is okay. If not the service, at least the food is good. However, when my family ordered 2 subway pizzas, the first was barely toasted, felt cold in the middle, and the second was asked for no additional cheese, but cheese was put on anyway. It took very long to make the order. We waited for what felt like 20 minutes, and the service was wretched. I've never had such slow service at fast food. We also bought cookies, which were stale or overcooked. I don't usually give bad reviews, but this time was just terrible. I love Subway, and their cookies have always been great except for today. I was very disappointed by the slow service and bad quality at this Subway.

Place is under new ownership. The young man in training was such a joy to talk to. Treasure employees like that, they are the best ones out there in the service industry. I regret not getting his name. We talked about cane Corsos and my pit bull.Anyway, went in just to get a sandwich. Ended up having a great social interaction after being in a work frenzy all day.

By far the worst Subway location. The people who work here do not actually want to work and that is obvious. They no longer allow customers to use the bathroom and they are very rude (this includes the owner who I’ve had a negative experience with in the past).Today when I went inside they were out of everything except turkey and ham. When I asked why, the woman said, “I don’t know, but I told you want I have. Are you gonna order or not?” I said that I would not be ordering. She was perfectly fine with that. I will not return and I hope this location goes out of business.

Avoid this location at all costs! Out of mayo out of tomatoes half the staff sitting in the lobby with their heads down and a “manager” Behind the counter on a phone call too busy to take your order. The young lady that assisted me with my cash app was very helpful, other than that Never again!
