Had the best burger I have had in a long time. Fresh and delicious ingredients seem to bee the standard coming out of the kitchen. Hannah was the server and was very friendly but doesn't seem to know the differences between the beers they offer, other than that she is friendly, helpful to her customers and to her coworkers. A great place for great food.

Stopped during the day for a cocktail. Hannah was working and offer great service. She was always smiling and services was smooth. I tried the flight of margaritas and enjoyed them immensely. They use real fruit juice which made superior to other places that I have visited.
I will definitely return on my next visit to Grand Rapids.

Food didn’t taste bad, but it was ice cold when it came out. We sat down at 9:40am and it was 10:30am when our food finally hit the table. When it did, everyone’s meal was cold like it had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. We had to ask the waiter for the food. It WAS NOT busy. The haptics are awful as well, but I think the bad service made it worse truthfully.
