We took my dad here for Father’s Day. The food was good, which we expected. Super busy, but again, as expected. Service gets 2 stars because the server, either because of his own technique or because of how he is trained, asked if we wanted still or sparkling water with our meal. Thinking that “still” water referred to tap water, that’s what we all ordered. Imagine my surprise when we had an extra $16 on our tab for two bottles of “still”...
I have been to the Grand Rapids location twice. Once at the Holidays and once at Easter. Both times the food was great service was excellent and love the decorations. But it is packed and getting around takes time. But I enjoyed it both times.
Had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely amazing and so delicious. It was a new experience for my family but we had a really great time and all enjoyed it very much. The service stood out the most to me too! Our waiter was so friendly, helpful, welcoming, and easily made the experience so much better.
