I’ve been searching for the perfect fresh spring roll since moving to GR from Alaska. It’s been a struggle but Nu Thai delivered what I needed. They were extremely accommodating and were able to put egg in the rolls for me. Along with the homemade sweet and sour sauce is the key part that I’ve been missing and is absolutely to die for. Very clean and comfortable restaurant with amazing customer service 100/10 will be back. Thank you for giving me a slice of home ❤️.
They should call this place TNT cause it's the bomb. Damned good food. After visiting Thailand I'm a bit more particular about Thai cuisine, but this place is extremely good. Their curries are the most traditional/authentic that I've found in the GR area ('cept the spice level). Plus, it's a small & quite enough spot for clear conversion. Highly recommend, especially for dates & lunch meetings. 👍👍👍
Stopped in for lunch a few weeks ago, and was not disappointed. Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles are fantastic! The spice levels appear to be true Thai heat instead of Americanized, which is what we were looking for. After trying a few other Thai restaurants in the area, Nu-Thai Bistro is our #1, we will definitely be back.
