SOME OF THE DISHES ARE JUST ODD. FOR EXAMPLE, THERE ARE NO TOMATOES IN CESARS SALAD, OR THERE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE.

Our party of five had an amazing celebration dinner here. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Do not skip dessert at The Kitchen!

We frequent The Kitchen. This was the first time I remember being disappointed in our food. The Calamari was rubber. It seems the Scottish salmon has changed. The cut was not the same, very fatty and not a good texture.

We are regulars and our favorite dishes are roasted chicken and Pad Thai. Servers make you feel at ease. Brian is great!

Excellent service with a smile. Great conversations with staff. Wide variety of delicious food options. Willing to make adjustments to meet your palate. Take the time to enjoy your next date night!

We had an excellent dinner this evening at The Kitchen. Nice to be greeted by management. Brian did an outstanding job getting to know us, explained some beverages options, as well as served our table/needs well. Food was delicious! Great experience this evening! Thank you!

Schnitzel was the winner. That and the Brussel sprouts were spot on and amazing. Service was fantastic.

We were celebrated my husband birthday and our server took care of us. It was our first time there and she explained how the food was cook and what she recommended. Her knowledge of the food was amazing! I got the Meatloaf and the gold rush drink ... that meatloaf was so good. It didn't fall apart and it melt in my mouth!! Everything we ate was amazing!

Justin was the perfect waiter. Polite. Fun. Very attentive. There should be a million just like him in his profession! He made the experience worth a return visit.

When we arrived outside at the terrace of this restaurant, half the tables were dirty, empty and full of dishes. Our waiter took more than 10 minutes to give us a menu and we had to call him back again to take our order after waiting another 15 minutes and watching him take orders from other tables that arrived after us.

Unfortunately the appetizer chicken wraps arrived at room temperature and were mediocre at best. Our entree was first delivered mistakenly with the wrong choice, their pizza was good but the salmon was also room temperature, very mediocre and served by a different staff member.

We even had a spill at our table that was completely ignored by the waiter even though he was standing 10 feet away. We had to get up from our table, get napkins from the bar and clean up the mess by ourselves without help. Another spill also happened at the table next to us and they were also ignored. The staff didn't bother to even remove dirty plates as we dined with that additional mess. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not go back. Terrible service with mediocre food served at room temperature.

Follow Up: . . . . . . per the owner's suggestion, after my original review I sent a follow up email to the manager at his given email address several days ago. I hoped he would reach out and make things right. Unfortunately there has been absolutely no response.

Food was good, as always, but service was absolutely outstanding! If we could give Justin 10 stars we would. Ask for him to be your server for the best experience!

Didn't get to taste the food, after waiting 20+ minutes for a table, we went back to the hostess who apparently forgot about us. Once in, we noticed plenty of empty tables so not sure why make us wait that long. Finally sat at the table and after 10 minutes of waiting for a waitress to notice us we decided to leave. Very poor service.

The food was alright ?‍♀️ it’s always just “ok” but what really makes me like this place is this server named Logan. He’s so accommodating and nice that when he’s not there I just get a drink and leave. Ive honestly never had someone wait on me that made me feel so special as a customer. He is the only reason I come back to this place.The guy just walks around with this huge smile on his face and no matter how many questions I ask, no matter how much I modify my order he’s glad to answer and do it for me. Can all of your wait staff just be more like him?

We were in town to attend a concert & ate dinner at The Kitchen. We had a reservation and seated right on time. The view of the Grand River from our table was fabulous. The decor and ambience inside the restaurant was very nice. Our server, Jenna, did an outstanding job. She made sure our drinks were filled throughout our entire meal. She perfectly timed the arrival of our appetizer, salad, and entrees and we had plenty of time to get to our scheduled concert. The food was scrumptious. The crab cake appetizer was literally the best I have ever eaten. I highly recommend eating here if you are in the area.

We have dined here many times and never have been disappointed. Our waiter last night was Justin and he was one of the best servers we have ever had. We are so happy our paths crossed.
