Using the Wolfgang Puck name but not delivering. The Brussels sprouts and calamari were good, the lettuce cups unimpressive. Fish was overcooked and the Weiner schnitzel was mediocre. The kicker, though, is the potato salad - cubes of raw potato swimming in liquid. The server (rather haughtily) said “yes, that's why I told you it has a vinegar dressing”. Austrians do have a lovely vinegar potato salad, but they most definitely do not eat raw potato, which can be toxic....
We had a great meal at kitchen by Wolfgang puck we had a reservation so we got sat right away even though we were 20 minutes early.
Our server was Josh. He did a fabulous job, spot on with service getting our drinks, checking how meal was etc. The only criticism I have and it’s kind of a personal like is it I like my mashed potatoes and meat ratio to be similar. I ran out of mashed potatoes less than halfway through the dish, but there is a huge piece of meat...

Our experience at The Kitchen was top notch. Will definitely be returning. Aarin our server was attentive and efficient. Our table overlooked the beautiful spring Grand River. The execution of the components of the meal was the best I have ever had. Would recommend the crab cakes and the braised short rib. My wife raved about the tempura cauliflower and her New York strip. It was well worth the trip.
