Best Margarita pizza I've ever had! Sat at the bar and had great service with the friendliest bartender.
The experience was amazing! The food was fantastic and the staff was wonderful! We had a group of 8 and our server, Bella was absolutely the best. She showed amazing attention to our needs and anything that we asked, she made it happen. We are in town for a week and I guarantee we will be back to The Kitchen again, and hopefully we can have Bella as our server again.
The staff are very nice to you. I got an Asian chicken salad and it had four tiny pieces of chicken. Not great value for money. Also, the valet are so nice to you and you can just roll up even if you don’t have a Ferrari I think I like that part the most. Add some chicken to your salads, please
Server hardly stopped by to check in on our food and filled our water. My friend got a Caesar salad and no pepper was offered and the server didn't come back for us to ask. We got a pizza and also wanted red pepper flakes and before we could ask our server was gone and we waited ages for them to come back.
This was our first visit to The Kitchen by W. Puck. The windows facing west have wonderful views of the river but in the late afternoon till sunset they have direct sun (they use screens). But overall it is a very nice atmosphere, waitstaff is professional, and all of the meals are an upgrade of traditional favorites. We tried the Weiner Schnitzel since Puck is from Austria. It was great.
From the moment we stepped in the restaurant, everything was amazing. Our waiter Logan was very attentive and accommodating. In addition, the food was excellent.
Great reasonable breakfast in Amway
The service at the start of dinner was superb but was less attentive as more customers came. Food was good. However, my pad tai had only one scallop and two shrimp to highlight a huge portion. Drinks were fantastic. Overall, it was very good.
Great little quick serve hotel deli!

The Kitchen Counter is right in Amway Grand. On my way to a meeting I popped in real quick to grab something and ended up getting a blueberry muffin. I love blueberry muffins and this one was fine! Nothing crazy or special but not bad by any means. Just a solid overall muffin. It seems to get pretty busy so there was a bit of a wait but totally understandable. Kind of just feels like a Starbucks like place. Not bad I’d probably prefer to find a more local coffee shop next time. Very convenient if you’re staying at or have business at Amway Grand though!

The chocolate soufflé is what we come for. It's fantastic. The burgers were good, but quite expensive. Crab cakes were great, as well as the Wiener schnitzel. We'll be back.
We really do like dining here. We love having Carmen serve us & appreciate her suggestions. The Pad Thai, Beef Fun Chow, Shanghai Noodles, meatloaf are our favs. The chocolate soufflè is my go to dessert in Grand Rapids. And Carmen suppested the Donati Cab, which is also now our fav. (The table next to us also decided to try it!)
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Wolfgang last night. Our server, Belle, was top notch. The noise level started off quiet, we arrived at 5 PM, and by the end of our dinner the noise level had absolutely increased, but was not disturbing. The menu had slightly changed from when we researched the menu the night before. For the appetizer we ordered the pork belly. It was crispy on the exterior, moist, and soft on the inside. For the entrees we ordered the Pad Thai, and the Steelead. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. Then for dessert we ordered the chocolate Soufflé which was a melt in your mouth dessert. I cannot praise the good enough. Belle recommended some drinks for the night to go along with dinner and they were delicious. Belle, if you're reading this, thank you so much for making our anniversary dinner one of the best we've had in a long time. You were wonderful. Thank you again.
We had a great breakfast here! The service was super fast, and the staff was helpful. The coffee was excellent with free refills, and the avocado toast was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend! Accessible from the skywalk.
