I had a fingernail in my smoothie from this location that I unfortunately found when taking a sip of my smoothie. I didn't get to enjoy much of my smoothie due to this. When I brought it to the attention of Tropical Smoothie Cafe they told me the location owner would reach out to me. That was on July 3 and I have yet to hear anything from anyone at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It's frustrating and disappointing to say the least.
