Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a friendly and accessible restaurant, great for both adults and families with kids. The environment is interactive, clean, and bright, with no steps at the entrance or by the bathrooms, making it easy for wheelchair access. The counter tops are low, allowing for effective communication. The restaurant is known for its smoothies, which come in an extensive selection to cater to different taste buds. A recent visit mentioned the quality of the smoothies being excellent, with staff members like Becky being friendly, welcoming, and contributing to a positive atmosphere. The reward points for a free smoothie have doubled from 550 to 1200, indicating high demand. It is recommended to bring back the soy protein and remove the whey protein, as it makes certain smoothies runny. Overall, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a must-visit spot in Wyoming, Michigan for a healthy and delicious drink.
