“I went through the drive thru today around 1-1:30p to place an order and the service was excellent. In that short amount of time, the young man who took my order was professional, kind, and accommodating and not just in a “that’s his job type of way;” it is not common to hear ma’am these days nor hear such enthusiasm and appreciation for service. Despite not being inside to place my order, the counter space and drive thru are was clean which was appreciated which is why I also rated it high. I tried the Açaí Berry smoothie and Thai Chicken salad for the first time, both were presented well and surprisingly really tasty, making me want to step more out of my comfort zone and explore other menu items. The entire experience was oddly refreshing on this hot spring day (the first after days of inconsistent on and off cold weather lol). I actually went home to get my wallet just to bring him back a tip. The young man stated he’d only been working there about 7-months, definitely showed that you don’t need years and years of experience to exhibit good customer service skills. To the other crew members who made the food/smoothie, they too, are keepers!“

“Omg!!!!! I searched protein shakes near me, after a workout. My GPS bought me here, all the times I passed here, I didn't know this delicious place was here. “Google gives terrible directions 😑 it brings you through the back, but on a busy day you wouldn’t be able to turn around and get into the drive thru so easy. The location is kinda in a weird spot, so definitely recommend coming in from the entrance by Culvers and keli lasik! My app wasn't logged in again 🙄 but the person working in drive thru was patient with me and mentioned the rewards and phone number so I was able to do my rewards with my phone number. He also mentioned that coupon on the receipt says it's valid for 7 days but that I can come whenever which is really convenient! 🙂 I did ask for my order to be in a foam cup because i had a long drive so that way it could stay cool longer but he forgot but it's ok the service and time was good. I use to drive all the way to portage to get my smoothies now that we finally have a location close by, I'll be able to get them more!
Only difference I've noticed is they didn't offer the buy one get 1 free add ins like the other locations I think they said buy 2 get 1 free add Ins.“

I travel a lot, especially around the Midwest and all over Michigan, and I’ve got to say this is hands-down the best Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean, smells amazing (even the bathroom!), and the food always comes out fast and exactly right. The girls who work here are so friendly and upbeat—it really makes the place feel welcoming.

Even if it’s a few extra minutes out of my way, I’ll always choose this location. Seriously, bravo to this team!“

“My son & I went for the 1st time on Tuesday for lunch. We loved it so on Wednesday we went back with my husband. On Thursday we all went again and after a shopping trip to Meijers we hit the drive thru for a smoothie. On Saturday my husband & I went again for lunch. Each time I tried a different sandwich and smoothie and each time they were delicious! The staff was friendly & courteous! On Saturday it was busy inside and out but we still got great service and awesome food! We will definitely be back again!!“

“Love, love, love Byron Center Nutrition! Their nutritional shakes, energy/collagen teas, breakfast oatmeal and delicious protein bites are amazing!! Their shakes taste regular malts at an ice cream shops…the only difference is that these shakes are high protein, low sugar, low calories and there are so many delicious flavors to choose from! I highly recommend Byron Center Nutrition and the owners Dana and Dana are wonderful!!“
