“Google gives terrible directions 😑 it brings you through the back, but on a busy day you wouldn’t be able to turn around and get into the drive thru so easy. The location is kinda in a weird spot, so definitely recommend coming in from the entrance by Culvers and keli lasik! My app wasn't logged in again 🙄 but the person working in drive thru was patient with me and mentioned the rewards and phone number so I was able to do my rewards with my phone number. He also mentioned that coupon on the receipt says it's valid for 7 days but that I can come whenever which is really convenient! 🙂 I did ask for my order to be in a foam cup because i had a long drive so that way it could stay cool longer but he forgot but it's ok the service and time was good. I use to drive all the way to portage to get my smoothies now that we finally have a location close by, I'll be able to get them more!
Only difference I've noticed is they didn't offer the buy one get 1 free add ins like the other locations I think they said buy 2 get 1 free add Ins.“

It’s super clean, smells amazing (even the bathroom!), and the food always comes out fast and exactly right. The girls who work here are so friendly and upbeat—it really makes the place feel welcoming.

Even if it’s a few extra minutes out of my way, I’ll always choose this location. Seriously, bravo to this team!“

It's a fabulous little place and they take such pride in roasting their own beans and making their own maple syrup. “Caledonia Nutrition is a great place to get all your nutrition needs. Protein shakes are delicious and filling and usually get a shake with a probiotic. The tea bombs are refreshing loaded with energy and I get collagen added to mine. They have donut shots which is a belly fat burner. Sheryl and Tiffany are absolutely amazing and super friendly. You will love this place and I definitely recommend it.“

“I went through the drive thru today around 1-1:30p to place an order and the service was excellent. In that short amount of time, the young man who took my order was professional, kind, and accommodating and not just in a “that’s his job type of way;” it is not common to hear ma’am these days nor hear such enthusiasm and appreciation for service. Despite not being inside to place my order, the counter space and drive thru are was clean which was appreciated which is why I also rated it high. I tried the Açaí Berry smoothie and Thai Chicken salad for the first time, both were presented well and surprisingly really tasty, making me want to step more out of my comfort zone and explore other menu items. The entire experience was oddly refreshing on this hot spring day (the first after days of inconsistent on and off cold weather lol). I actually went home to get my wallet just to bring him back a tip. The young man stated he’d only been working there about 7-months, definitely showed that you don’t need years and years of experience to exhibit good customer service skills. To the other crew members who made the food/smoothie, they too, are keepers!“

“AMAZING best bowls. I think they use the sorbet and don’t blend the base which is what I prefer. It tastes better that way. Great toppings. Love it. The staff is super Friendly. It’s more of a grab and go to eat quickly and go. Sometimes it’s pretty cold there or seats not super comfy. I do like the window seal seats and when the sun comes in.“
