I went through the drive thru today around 1-1:30p to place an order and the service was excellent. In that short amount of time, the young man who took my order was professional, kind, and accommodating and not just in a “that’s his job type of way;” it is not common to hear ma’am these days nor hear such enthusiasm and appreciation for service. Despite not being inside to place my order, the counter space and drive thru are was clean which was appreciated which is why...

I run through the drive through of this location at least once a week and they are always so helpful and kind. One time I left my sandwich and they made me a new one when I came back for it, and today they were more than willing to discuss different sandwiches at the window. Great people and customer service!

Great and polite staff! They are my preferred 28th Street Tropical Smoothie. Much better than the other store on 28th Street by Woodland Mall!
