Three stars for service, can they hire more people? It's wildly understaffed at basically every location I've ever been in. I order ahead online sometimes up to 45 minutes earlier just to run and wait up to 10 minutes to just be acknowledged at the counter to get my already made order. They're so slammed all the time that they don't address you and avert their eyes so finally I just say in desperation, "I have a pick-up order!" Today I waited 20 minutes...

Tropical Smoothie makes great veggie, and fruit based drinks. Light snacks / healthy lunches. We get mango or green island detox. Can be busy and short staffed at times. But crew is friendly and focused on making great food. Our go to place for healthy Green Smoothies.

Love the location! I frequent this place because it’s so close. I typically place online orders through their app opposed to drive thru due to subpar service (incorrect order, inconsistency of ring-ups/pricing, slow). I get it - they’re a busy spot. Today there was a long line of cars and the lobby was closed - again, busy and understaffed, I get it. I tried the front door to pick up my online order, and the person working opened it to let me know it was closed, she could...
