The sriracha chicken and waffles and the classic chicken and waffles were phenomenal. The server and bartender were great. This place reminds me of downtown Charleston SC. You MUST try it.

They have really good decorations, so it would be nice for girls brunch day. We tried chicken and waffles, it tasted good but the sauce was a bit too heavy. The burger was really good :) we also tried fries and gumbo for sides, don’t recommend them, tasted like nothing and very overpriced. Service was fantastic!Btw don’t try their non-alcoholic beverages. We tried two different drinks, and they all tasted very bland and artificial.

Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with our food order. Was disappointed that I could not get the fried green tomatoes because there is goat cheese in the grits that it comes with and they don't make fresh grits. The Nashville hot chicken and Mac and Cheese waffles were good, but I expected actual Mac n cheese waffles. Not some Mac and cheese on top of waffles. The pimento cheese dip was ok, but too thick. Was clean and bright decor with a homey feeling. The worst part was the pecan pie. Subpar and tiny portion. We intended to split one piece but what's the deal with this?

Excellent brunch in GR. We had crispy Brussels, breakfast bowl, autumn and grits and fried chicken Benedict. All were excellent. Highly recommended. Make reservation if you have a large group.

Always a favorite stop when I travel to Grand Rapids!! I didn't realize was a chain until recently when I was in Milwaukee, where I saw a line out the door. Good southern food!

Very disappointed in the food at this place after all the hype, not to mention the 30+ minute wait for a seat.Ordered the chicken and waffles, as did my wife's friend. The Waffles were cold even after we both sent them back and the waitress said they were a fresh order, still cold as well as the chicken which was also very bland.My first time ever having Chicken and Waffles and I can tell you I'll never return to this place for them. The only good thing I got for my meal was the glass of orange juice so if you want a good glass of OJ go there.However my wife said her Avacado Melt and French Fries were spectacular. So she's going back and I'll stay in the car.
The food is amazing, and that is always what's most important for a restaurant. The service was slow, but in their defense it was a Sunday afternoon and my party was of 6. They've highly improved since opening and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone visiting GR.
