Huge selection of vegan sandwiches and another huge selection of vegetarian sandwiches. Very impressive.
I got the Allen Ginsberg (a vegan BLT) and was expecting vegan bacon. I know vegan bacon can be made all sorts of ways. My favorite is thin, crispy strips. That isn't what you get. It's strips of tofu. I'd prefer it be accurately described as a tofu, lettuce and tomato sandwich. That said, it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.
Finally was able to go to Two Beards today for lunch! Fantastic! I had the ZZ top which is shredded chicken, feta cheese spread, roasted red bell peppers, mushrooms and chipotle mayo. I had it on there toasted white bread. Literally, it melted in my mouth. Extremely flavorful. My friend had a roast beef sandwich which he said was amazing. My wife and I are always looking for a good sandwich spot. I think Two Beards just became my favorite! I will be back! A bonus is...
An AMAZING experience from start to finish. The selection of food is astonishing - and each item is named with such care and humor. The food was absolutely delicious. The people and place are all full of fun personality which enhanced my experience. I was in Grand Rapids for 4 days and came here twice!! Can't wait to come back.
