I travel all over the country and always try to go to as many Pho restaurants as I can. Vel Sushi and Pho has one of the best broth bases for Pho that I have experienced. The chili oil has great flavor and is very spicy. The restaurant environment is peaceful and the staff is very kind, friendly and prompt. The summer rolls are delicious and so fresh. The bubble tea is has refreshing natural flavors. I highly recommend.
This has become the go-to work lunch spot for The Intersection crew we eat here every week now! Great house stuff and sushi my personal favorite is the spicy beef!
