Nice location great service the phos were just meh… bubble tea were decent but they ran out of tapioca pearls at 1 in the afternoon??! I wish the owners the best, but i wont return for pho. Maybe try sushi next time.
I’ve been here more than once since it’s in town and has Phó available along with fresh sushi and interesting salad combinations: crab and seaweed, for example.
I’d say service is slow and if you’re eating with company, food almost certainly won’t come out at the same time for you and it’s rare the server will provide small plates for sharing unless you ask…

I travel all over the country and always try to go to as many Pho restaurants as I can. Vel Sushi and Pho has one of the best broth bases for Pho that I have experienced. The chili oil has great flavor and is very spicy. The restaurant environment is peaceful and the staff is very kind, friendly and prompt. The summer rolls are delicious and so fresh. The bubble tea is has refreshing natural flavors. I highly recommend.
