She is FAR & AWAY the best waitress I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Been coming here every Saturday for the past two months and the way she handles groups of 15 with ease is beyond impressive. For example: last weekend I ordered chicken tenders, a bit of ranch spilled over the fries, nothing worthy of a complaint or mention. Nevertheless about 6 minutes later out comes a FREE piping hot basket of golden brown fries. She had the customer service skills and requested the chef whip up a complimentary batch.
She is the reason we all come back. Constantly going above and beyond and friendly as can be.

Went here for my mom's birthday and had a great time. They were super cool and were totally okay with us bring our own cake. They answered any questions that we had and even gave my mom a rose for her birthday which we were not expecting. Their bread sticks are really good too.

My husband and I love coming here. The food is excellent, great atmosphere and the service is even better. We especially love sitting at the bar when Tiffany is working. She's one of the best bartenders in Grand Rapids. Always a friendly welcoming from her and Sonnie. We highly recommend checking this place out.

Have enjoyed Vitales Pizza since it opened as Pizza Queen back in the late 60's. Only person who spoke English manned the phone & took phone take out orders. It only originally was a take out. Pizza was worth the drive. Awesome. Has through most of the years I've come here been an exceptional pizza. I know time moves on and things change. It appears this is true at Location on Leonard St in GR. Pizza I got today had a thick doughy crust that reminded me of the "Rising Crust " Pizzas they sell in the frozen section of the Grocery stores. Not all like the thin chewy crust I remember & not even close to the New York style they used to be. So sad

Vitale’s on Leonard has really gone down since the old man retired and the son took over.I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka and the sauce is very watery and a lack of flavor because of how watered down it is.Please bring the old man back, the son can keep screwing up the Comstock Park restaurant.
