I have lived here in Grand Rapids for a little over a year and a half. I have only found 1 place that makes a perfect pie EVERY time. I have a special mix I like and Vitale's has put that mix together for me perfectly. The wait times are short for take out, have not had the pleasure of dining inside yet but I am sure I will find everything as wonderful as their pick up. I would VERY definitely say this is somewhere you need to eat if your looking for tasty things and good...
Some of the best pizza you can get in GR. I’d describe it as traditional Italian American style - light fluffy crust, loaded with sauce, cheese, and toppings. The sauce is what sets it apart for me. It’s on the sweeter side with a strong fresh garlic kick to it. The cheesy breadsticks are absolutely amazing and the homemade ranch is chef kiss.
My friends and I where in on a Friday a few weeks ago and sat at the bar and the bartender seemed drunk and off who knows where and it turned us off but came in this past Saturday and there was a new girl I believe gabby and she was fantastic! Food was good as usual but glad not to feel uncomfortable coming in too sit at the bar!!
