stopped by this bakery for some bread and an iced coffee. the bread tasted fresh and soft, and the iced coffee was nice and refreshing without being too sweet. i ended up staying a little longer than planned just enjoying my snack. would definitely come back and try some of the other baked goods.
We just moved to the GR area and had our first experience at Wealthy St. Bakery today. Cherry took our order and made us feel as welcome as if we were long-time regular customers. The Cuban sandwich I had (they are hard to find!) was delicious and HOT ... right out of the oven. Then, my wife and I split a wonderfully soft chocolate chip cookie for dessert.
Always a favorite place to go when I am in the area. The vanilla/honey latte is tasty and not overly sweet. I almost never miss a chance to pick up a bag of yesterday baked goodies or loaf of bread for 50% off. I picked up the caprese croissants today! Delicious!
