Ordered take out through their mobile app and got the wrong sandwich. I will be checking everything before I leave the window or counter now at this place no matter how long it takes to make sure they didn't screw up. I know this will mess up their time metrics, oh well, shouldn't have messed up my food.
They shut their frosty machine down an hour before they close to "clean it". Management states they've had several complaints on this issue but obviously don't care since it continues to happen...Go to the one on 54th near Division! They not only serve frostys right up until the time they close (like they're supposed to) But Johnathan that works in drive through is AWESOME !!
So I went to Wendy's on December 16th 2017 got a spicy chicken sandwich and I ended up with food poisoning afterwards. I wouldn't recommend on getting one. And my boyfriends chicken sandwich was all cartilage as well.

Wendy's is a restaurant with a nice and fancy interior, not typical of a fast-food chain. The menu items may not always match the order, but the staff is accommodating and corrects any mistakes. The food quality is generally good, and the location on 68th street is a worthwhile stop.
Customers may experience a slight delay in assistance when ordering online, but the staff is willing to help once asked. The fountain machine buttons can sometimes stick, causing cups to potentially overfill. However, the staff is attentive and provides excellent service, even offering free cookies to make up for any wait time.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with ramps from the parking lot. While the employees may occasionally forget to provide straws, the food and drinks are consistently good, and the restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience.
