went into restaurant about 9:30, we ordered water because we had went to a rodeo before and had already had soda. 20 mins later we got our drinks and ordered, we waited about 40 minutes, and our food hadn’t come. the waitress kept looking at our table, but kept passing by it. didn’t even get chips and salsa when other tables were. horrible service, don’t come here.

The restaurant has a great look and the music was killer, but that was the only good thing, Ordered two tacos and rice and beans.Food was terrible 2 out of 10 only a two because it was edibleStreet food. Not Mexican. It was 1130 and they said dine in was not available. Even thoe three people were standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing… for my entire visit.Food came out, ( Togo ) what a waste of paper and overhead. The rice was (from yesterday) was cold and hard and crunchy, the tacos were very wet and rolled so tight. It felt like I was eating a 1$ Cheese roll up from a national fast food chain.Flavor was meh, this is my second time visiting this location ( hoping for a better experience because first time felt bad also l… both times the dining room was closed. My best advice is that the cashier could crack a smile, wouldn’t hurt and that doesn’t cost anything. I can over look bad food but paired with service. I will never come back and will tell all my downtown clients to steer clear.There was what looked like a trainee behind the counter, and wanted to say oh hunny don’t work here. You won’t make a dime…hope they can try harder for the next guest.Xo - hungry Downtowner

Pictured is the margarita and burrito bowl.This location is in walking distance to The Intersection and many other places. I also tried the quesadillas and they were very tasty.
Stopped in with my wife to grab a quick bite. No one else was there, but still took about 5 minutes for someone to show up to take our order. She was pleasant enough, though. I like a beach atmosphere, so that was pretty cool. My biggest beef is with the portion size. At $5 per taco, I expect it to be overflowing with filling (had some in St. Louis about a month ago at a different taco place and that is exactly what I got). I was very disappointed to see the tortilla easily closed up with plenty of slack to spare. Flavor wasn't terrible, but far from authentic carne asada or al pastor. I hate feeling like a restaurant is ripping me off, and that is exactly what I felt here. Not worth the money at all.

I love the aesthetics of the place! This is the perfect place to hang with friends and grab a quick bite to eat. The churros are pretty good and the chocolate sauce is a plus! The wait staff are friendly and enjoyable to talk to! Definitely come here if you are a fan of tacos!

Visited during the lunch hour during the week. There was no server around, someone from ‘upstairs’ came to our table to apologize and say that he didn’t actually work there but would find someone to help us (thank you, kind stranger!).The service was lackluster given there were maybe 2 other tables with a total of 4 people.The tortilla shells are flour, the meat is lightly seasoned and the rice/beans are as plain as plain can be.If you are looking for a bland version of Tex-mex, this is your place.
