I enjoyed the Hokkaido milk tea very much! It wasn't very sweet (which I liked), tasted like a caramel frappe to me. The boba was well cooked and chewy. Interior is very cozy and has a cute spot to take photos at! The employees at the register were very helpful with their recommendations too! Probably the best boba/milk tea spot I've been to in West Michigan!
Hands down the best boba place in GR & EL. Drinks are consistent, prices are reasonable, and service is quick. The shop is always clean as well. Only downside is that this is downtown so parking can be tough.

The inside was very cute and had a very nice ambiance. The lady who took my drink was a shorter lady with glasses I believe but she was very welcoming and friendly. Didn't take long to place my order at all. The guy who made my drink was also very friendly (I talked with him when I saw the tapioca was more golden and he explained it tastes the same just theirs has more of a golden hue.
