Wait was reasonable for brunch on a Sunday. Service was very good. Very loud and drafty, and I'm thinking the drafty part may be part of the reason our food wasn't very hot when we received it.
My first cup of coffee was burned which was perceptible because my second cup wasn't. I'm thinking they use pots that sit on a burner all the time (which ruins coffee flavor real quick).

Without a doubt, this is the best breakfast to be had in Grand Rapids. Their benedicts (which I would more accurately describe as a frittata) are always high quality and made-to-order, with a variety of creative options available. They are also quite large in size, so come hungry!
Be aware of the long line that often forms at peak times. I recommend visiting at an off time to avoid waiting outside, as many people often do.
