Our group had a lot of fun! Service is good and the bowling is really fun. Pretty fast paced but it keeps you engaged. There isn't food to order but you can have food brought in. Full service bar with all your favorite alcohol and beer choices.

I made a reservation more than a week in advance. I received multiple emails about the reservation. When we arrived, I was immediately discriminated against- I gave the young lady my name for the reservation. She made zero attempt to let me know there was an issue, she left is standing there wondering what was going on. After some time the Assistant Manger came out to let us know our reservation was cancelled for no reason. I asked why, she said it was a “glitch” & gave no further information. She said we would be refunded, that never happened. Im sorry I’m a combat Marine Veteran- it doesn’t mean I should be refused service by your Liberal Staff. I am going to take further legal action. My lawyer has been notified & would love to take my discrimination case against your business.

We booked a family event from 5-7pm, when we arrived we were told that someone had called and moved the reservation to 10pm. We certainly did not call and make this change and they could not accommodate us at 5pm because of other reservations. After arranging this event for 11 people, driving downtown and paying 18 dollars for parking, we were told that they could not refund us our 191 dollars for the lanes. Instead, they offered four lanes for 30 minutes if we were willing to wait an hour and a half for the top floor to become available. Needless to say, the experience was not enjoyable.

The game is actually more fun than I would have expected. Felt like a mix of bocce ball and bowling. Staff seems nice and drink selection was great. Especially great for groups with kids. Will go back often.

We came here on a Thursday at 7pm and there was no availability until Friday at 11pm. Would have been awesome to know on their website before we drove two hours to come here with this as the main event planned.

I wasn't at all familiar with duckpin bowling prior to our visit. We were invited to a birthday party where I discovered duckpin bowling is smaller on the bowling and larger on the fun! The lanes set up are shorter than your typical bowling lane, and all of the balls are the same size. This is a game more of skill than of strength, which is perfect for someone like me who struggles with arthritis in her hands and can't always lift a typical heavy bowling ball. The Saturday our lane was reserved was Art prize and we expected it to be busy but to our surprise we found out that we had the place to ourselves. After a brief check-in, where we were warmly greeted and set up to play. Playing is pretty straightforward with the only exception being instead of only two tries duckpin bowling allows you three tries to knock down 10 pins. There were six of us, and we almost finished in the hour we were allotted, but did end up needing about 15 extra minutes to complete the 10 frame game. They have a bar area and you have the option of ordering food from the nearby Wolfgang's kitchen. It's not the easiest place to get into located inside of the Amway grand and parking downtown can sometimes be challenging but overall it was a lot of fun and I would definitely return
