Adesanya Mead & Microbrewery is a local gem that offers an excellent dining and drinking experience. The owner is welcoming, and the restaurant features delightful mead, cider, and beer, including a new hot chocolate drink. It is a nice and peaceful place, perfect for enjoying food and drinks while reading a book. The food is generally excellent, with unique items like the street corn queso, which has spot-on flavor. While the pizza may not have traditional red sauce, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, focusing on the art of brewing and distilling.
Recently, the restaurant celebrated its 5th anniversary, where Chef Nicholas created a divine 5-course tasting menu that left guests feeling stuffed. An optional mead/cocktail pairing menu was available for a steal at $25. Customers highly recommend the mead, food, and overall atmosphere, noting that the tasting menu was so good that they forgot to take pictures of their meals, except for one of the bisque, which they could eat every day.
Visitors have also enjoyed the meads and beers, describing it as a local after-work hangout. One favorite mead was the Cyser & Doughnuts, and the Ham & Gouda Stuffed Pretzels appetizer was tasty. For meals, guests ordered the Herbal Remedy and the Turkey Bacon Crumble, which are made with local bread. Customers suggest getting the Herbal Remedy to avoid food envy and even left with a large order of mead on the way out.
