Brann's Steakhouse & Grille

Steaks cooked perfectly! Juicy and seasoned expertly. Bang Bang Shrimp was sooo good. Grilled shrimp was also awesome. Ribs fell off the bone. Service was the best we've had for some time. Overall HIGHLY recommend!

We have been coming to Brann's for many years, and started going to the Grandville location after the Leonard street closed. We have been pleased with the service and the food, and the respect given to police officers and service members. This weekend We brought a toddler with us, and needed to use a high chair. I'm sorry to say it was disgustingly filthy, the legs, the arms, the seat, the whole thing. We asked for one that was cleaner, and were given another one that wasn't much better. They need to be scrubbed or power washed, top to bottom, or replaced. I hope Brann's will give a bit of effort to making sure are littles are taken care of better.

Great place, they honor service members and have all sorts of banners and memorabilia there to back that up. We were just passing thru. Food was ok; we ordered the daily special (Prime Rib), very thinly sliced however. We are from south; never seen Prime Rib that thin to be honest. It tasted alright but not anything to drool over in my opinion. Waitress forgot to bring one of the sides, we had to ask for it, unfortunately. Also, when we walked in the door, there were no eye contact nor any smile, sadly. Some of these restaurants forgot, everything runs on reviews now a days plus word of mouth goes a very long ways. Hope, they will read take some pointers and make proper chnages for the better.

We had the 8oz prime rib dinner special for $16.99. The meal came with 2 sides. It was well worth the price. We devoured the fresh rolls with cinnamon butter. Our waiter was friendly and attentive

Had a strip steak, take out. I ordered it medium, it was very well done, hard to eat. Didn't appear to be a strip steak, would never get it again, only my 2nd time there.

They closed the one in Muskegon, so I traveled to Grand Rapids. I love the ribs here, glad I made back and will return soon.

Gross, tasted like microwaved steak.

The restaurant is very run down and needs a lot of maintenance and updating. The main courses we ordered were very good , but overpriced. The appetizer we ordered was ridiculously overpriced and very poor quality. Our server was amazing.
