We are an Energy efficiency company from Dallas. We booked this restaurant with Sophia for our business seminar. We did two dinner presentations and had over 30 people from the two dinners. Not one person complained about the food, everyone said it was excellent and Sophia... That lady needs a raise, great service, great attitude and was very prompt and on time with the meals.Good job Sophia! Great job Branns Steakhouse..

Hamburgers are not made fresh. Brann gets them frozen from a supplier. Employees need more training and know how on their product. Napkins are scarce, especially cocktail napkins. Hey Branns don’t cut costs or you will not have customers coming back. On a good note

Food was mediocre. Ordered an appetizer, but our meal came out before that did. Husband’s chicken was burnt (black) pretty badly, and his drink was terrible (old fashioned…0/10) The waitress was awesome- none of the issues were her fault. I would encourage her to find a better restaurant in the Grandville area to work at. This location is definitely going downhill.
