“I was there 09/07/2022 9:22pm chairs were up floors mopped and flat top turned off only the grill was on. Serving staff informed us that we could only get burgers and fried foods. I wanted breakfast so I declined and was going to go elsewhere and then the cook from behind the cook station said he would turn flat top back on and what would we like. I told him no no, I’m food service to and I know how it goes when it’s almost closing time. He insisted and I complied with his generosity and unselfishness. It was refreshing to have someone go out of there way for you.!the food was outstanding and fast, we were the only customers at that time but the cook did not have to do that. Thank you so much Mr. Cook guy.“

“We enjoy the quality and preparation of the food. Today we enjoyed a classic Reuben and an Irish Benedict. Both yummy! The restaurant was almost empty at lunchtime. We were so surprised and talked with two of the waitresses. I hope business picks up soon for you all!“

“I love this restaurant reminds me of going to the classic diners with my grandparents in the 80s. It's like every time I walk into a new beginnings restaurant it reminds me are the diners from 40 years ago and I'm instantly hit with nostalgia.
The staff are super friendly amazingly courteous and professional and the food is wholesome comfort food which always to me can turn a bad day into a good day just with a simple cup of coffee some eggs toast sausages... Nothing Better“

“Straight down the middle of the road......nothing exceptional here to brag about. The servers do their best on busy days and the cooks throw the food out as fast as they can, last time I was there my eggs were actually runny and I really didn't want to eat them like that. I always ask for over easy, not overly runny easy. lol Anyway, when Murphy's is closed on a Sunday, what cha going to do? It's New Beginnings or the Peppermil.“

“We are a Greek family and love the Greek dishes that Leo's Coney Island offers. We have dined there frequently, often bring friends. The food is always good and the service fantastic. That being said; however, we have decided not to dine there any longer during the cold months, as the owner chooses to keep the dining room quite frigid. We heat our home at 68 degrees and are comfortable at that temp. We have tried mutliptle visits to Leo's Coney Island this winter...and each time the dining room has always been uncomfortablly chilly. When we pay to go out to eat, dining with our winter coats on and still being cold is not a relaxing or enjoyable dining experience. We gave it another try last night visiting around 5:30pm (hoping the furnace was turned up). The dining area was extremely C-O-L-D! This could be why there were not many customers there? We asked the waitress if the heat could be turned up, and she replied, "No, the only person allowed to adjust the temperature is the owner, and he is not here". NOTE to Owner: Saving money by turning down the heat in the cold of winter does not provide a pleasant dining experience for your customers and certainly cannot be good for your business! “Went to the bathroom after finishing my food when using the toilet a knock was heard on my stall and I look under a stall and without even saying a word a worker handed me a roll of toilet paper and that’s when i realized and looked over to my toilet paper that my current stall didn’t have any!! 100/10 service I wish I had got the employees name for a proper shout out! Just know if you come to this IHOP location you have a Batman like employee taking care of you for your stay!“

“A friend and I enjoyed breakfast today at Anna's House.Our server, Patty, took very good care of us! Her service, and our food were Fantastic. One comment though, my friend didn't get the chocolate chips on his pancakes that he ordered, but that was easily fixed when Patty brought a container of them and a dish of whipped cream as well. We enjoyed our food and the service was top notch.Thank you Anna's House, and Thank You Patty!☺️“
